French Customer Service (Lisbon based)

Your Profile:

- Your mother tongue is French and you are fluent in English or Portuguese

- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- You are a team player, and you love helping people

- You are available to work in rotating shifts

- You are customer orientated

- You have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Previous experience in a similar position is a plus but not required

Your Responsibilities:

- Offer assistance, answer questions and provide information to clients in your native language

- Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results

- Collect customer’s data following the company’s policies and procedures

- Build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication


- Full-time position
