This is your New Job in Lisbon if

- Excellent communication skills in French and you are fluent in English

- You are open to learn everything about new technologies

- You have some experience in technical troubleshooting and/or customer support

- You are able to work in a rotating shift schedule

- Your day to day at work

- Assist French-speaking users with pre-sales, general Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email and chat

- Respond to inbound customer requests

- Document relevant case information

- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
