Your profile:


- German is your mother tongue, and you are fluent in English (B2)

- You are a problem-solving and solution-driven mentality

- You have some experience in customer service

- You have a positive, motivated mindset and excellent communication skills

- You are open-minded to change priorities and learn new processes

- You are available to work on rotational shifts from Monday to Saturday (07h-21h)

Your Responsibilities:

 

- Reply to customers’ questions and concerns via emails, calls and chat in German and English

- Advise and assist customers at the moment of purchase

- Provide technical support with product usage, installation and synchronization of software and devices 

- Always ensure a high level of customer service

- You are motivated to work in a team-based, international environment where you’ll embrace different cultures, nationalities and languages
