Your Profile

 

- Proficient in German and Fluent in English

- Available to work from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 17:00

- Ability to think critically and thoughtfully

- Ability to communicate precisely and professionally

 

Your Responsibilities

 

- Be the primary contact and advocate to deliver a best-in-class product experience to corporate clients (IT manager, directors, etc.)

- Manage phone and live chat communication with customers

- Management of Microsoft partner portfolios

- Optimise the technical equipment of the partner companies

- Acquire knowledge of the Microsoft products, as well as of competing products, in order to be able to explain the advantages of the Microsoft brand

- Act as business advisor and marketing manager to help the customer make the right choice
